Competitive tendering: Contract on consultancy for strategy process
The current strategy period of the Nordic Culture Fund will expire at the end of 2025. The Fund has decided to initiate a process for the development of a new strategy to take effect in 2026. The process is run by the Fund’s secretariat with the active involvement of the Fund’s board, as well as experts and several external resource persons in the Fund’s network and environment.

The consultancy services consist of two subtasks in a single overall process, all to be done in close cooperation with the Nordic Culture Fund’s secretariat:
Firstly, the ongoing provision of assistance to the Nordic Culture Fund with a view to designing and qualifying a comprehensive approach/method that will secure a forward-looking and participatory strategy process with the involvement of relevant internal and external stakeholders from the Fund’s environment, and assistance with activities relating to the new strategy. This will include participation in, and co-facilitation of, physical follow-up strategy workshops and preparation and delivery of relevant written and visual formats that can be used both as a tool in the process and as a basis for the design of the final strategy.
Secondly, as part of the overall process, providing a solid knowledge base for the strategy work based on relevant analytical activities relating to the work of the Fund and its environment. The analysis will be aimed at all the Fund’s players, stakeholders and target groups (both internal and external) and will include both a qualitative part based on interviews or other suitable formats, and a broader part with mapping/scanning of the stakeholder landscape and the operational environment.
The Nordic Culture Fund has set a maximum price for the contract of DKK 450.000 excl. VAT.
